Songnox 1076

Songnox1076 is a non-toxic and non-color pollution hindered phenolic antioxidant, the appearance is white or light yellow powder, soluble in benzene (57 g), cyclohexane, chloroform, acetone (19 g) and esters and other organic solvents, dissolved in methanol, ethanol, mineral oil, insoluble in water, light stability, not easy to change color, no color pollution, no color, low volatility, water extraction, good compatibility, high antioxidant efficiency advantages, widely used poly ethylene, polypropylene, POM, ABS resins, polystyrene, polyvinyl alcohol, engineering plastics, synthetic fibers, rubber, adhesives, waxes, synthetic rubber and petroleum products.

-Primary antioxidant for organic polymers.

-An effective antioxidant for use in polymer processing reducing viscosity change and gel formation

- Provides long term heat stability - protects physical properties during storage and use of end-product

- Exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with SONGNOXTM 1680 and other secondary antioxidants

-Can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization in outdoor use
