BAEROPAN SMS 633 R is an economical basic lead stabilizer/lubricant one pack with well-adjusted lubrication and good thermo-stability for the extrusion of pipes. This non-dusting compound can be used under a wide range of processing conditions and allows high production rates with most common extruders, PVC types and fillers.
Recommended dosage: 2.5 - 3.0 phr.
In order to obtain a homogeneous dispersion of BAEROPAN SMS 633 R it is necessary to prepare the dry blend in high-speed mixer at elevated temperature, above 90ºC
